How do I know if I qualify for a FreeStyle Libre 3 Plus?
Continuous glucose monitoring eligibility may depend on your insurance and the type of diabetes you have. All CGMs require a prescription from your doctor. We work closely with you throughout the ordering process to ensure you understand your benefits.
